The Klingon Beauty Pagent
The first contestant, Marge Jacobson, an expecting mother with child in arms, delighted the judges with the preparation of Chocolate Chip Gagh Cookies. She delighted the crowd with Blood Wine Additive and her accent was a hoot as she explained her husbands, a used shuttle salesman, love for cookies. The second contestant, Nmara, simply walked to the judges and demanded that as she had no stomach for the talent portion of the contest and refused to perform, and she answered the question of pottery breaking during courtship, with the honor of her house intact. The third, an exotic strong Warrior enticed the warriors in the audience into a shouting frenzy by doing a batleth kata/belly dance. The fourth, Kay Docksa, told the story on how Kahless earned his sobriquet the Unforgotten, and her passionate voice brought tears to the warriors eyes. The fifth, Lt. Keela Vestas, sang a song written by a Klingon/Romulan hybrid entitled, "Ive got those Klingon Pain Stick Blues." A fine rendition and hilarious to boot. Laove whose path destined by her name, raised everyones spirits by doing a baton routine, and smiled all through the contest. Gunner Hunteer told a tale of her first kill as her answer but won the crowd over with her making of a "sanitary" Blood Pie. Kateerah of the House of Hora Seth recited in Klingon, a poem on how the warrior wins over the meek. And the last, a Klingon/Borg named 6 of 9, did a humorous parade, "Weapons are a Girls Best Friend."
Amidst tears and Qplas Gunner Hunteer stole the crown.
