And the Envelop Please...

The Annual DragonCon Masquerade Costume contest was held last night with its traditional hilarity and strangeness. These were the best of the best.

Best in Show - Overall Star Wars - The Sith Who Shagged Me
(Joe Neuburger, Kevin Reid, Steve DeVore, Brad Allen, Bernie Fallon, Rob DeVore)

The winners this year were simply outstanding. The Best Skit winner presented a scene about Romeo and Juliet (in the original Klingon) featuring the Animaniacs as the chorus. Truly bizarre and extremely funny. It was only slightly edged out in fan favor and by the judges by the outrageous Star Wars and Austin Powers combination of the Sith Who Shagged Me.

Needless to say, a good time was had by all. We would like to thank our gracious judges: Cheralyn Lambeth, Jack Stauffer, Richard Hatch, Richard Herd, Grace Lee Whitney, Peter Jurasik, and Robert Trebor. Masters of Ceremony were George Perez and Peter David. Thank you to all of these outstanding and talented folks! See you next time.
