Robot Battles Microbattles had a record turnout with 36 robots competing in the Ant and Beetle weight classes.  The Antweight tournament was won by Thomas Kenney of M.H. Robotics with “Gilbert,” defeating Shawn Lyons of Team Tiger Blood with “Bi-Winnigs.”  The Beetleweight tournament was also won by Thomas Kenney of M.H. Robotics with “Shame Spiral,” defeating Brandon Davis of Found Object Robots with “Homewrecker,” which was sponsored by the electric crew of The Walking Dead television production.  The 12- and 30-pound robots will compete Monday at 11:30AM in Regency (Hy).
