Guay, a first-time Dragon Congoer, kicked off his first panel in the convention with a content… Read more →
Panelists experienced with seeking out the paranormal shared tips, tricks, hopes, and past explorations during “Horror Travels: Road Trips to the Dark Side” Friday at 2:30PM in International South (Hy). Dragon Con brings memes to life. Med-goose-a and Purr-seus (imagine cat ears—they are on order!) personify this fact. My name is Beck and I am… Read more →

When does Dragon Con officially start? The answer to this question depends on context. In our hearts? It never ends! On the calendar? This year, it is Thursday, September 3rd. Savvy con-goers all know that isn’t true, though. Some arrive almost a week before, sharing photos of empty lobbies on social media; the calm before the storm. For the first… Read more →
Hollowed Oath, an upcoming MMORPG whose website promises “every journey matters, every scar tells a story, and every Oath carries the weight of survival,” will host a panel during Dragon Con’s 40th anniversary on Sunday at 4PM in Westin Augusta E-H! In preparation for the exciting panel, I spoke with the following contributors to the project: Daily Dragon (DD): You… Read more →
T-Rex stampede beware, a hunter has been spotted in the jungle! Okay, the Hilton might not be a jungle, but wild dinos are known to roam—and spontaneously dance! I spotted Turok the Dinosaur Hunter in the act of hunting one such dino on Wednesday at 7:30PM in the main lobby and stopped them long enough to ask a few questions…. Read more →
