A Dragon Con tradition continues: the Robert A. Heinlein “Pay It Forward” Blood Drive is back for 2022! Come open a vein, maybe save a life, and get an awesome t-shirt!

LifeSouth will be set up to accept donors on the Conference level (LL3) in the Hyatt Regency Atlanta during the following hours:

Thursday 10AM–7PM
Friday 10AM–7PM
Saturday 10AM–7PM
Sunday 10AM–7PM
Monday 9AM–3PM

Donors must be 17 years of age or 16 with parental consent, weigh a minimum of 110 pounds, and be in good health. A photo ID is required. Donors may give whole blood, platelets, or double red blood cell donations.

LifeSouth will also be offering daily giveaways and a chance to win two 2023 Dragon Con passes. Follow LifeSouth on its social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and share your blood drive photos at Dragon Con by tagging LifeSouth on photos or using the hashtag #lifesouth. Multiple winners every day will receive a prize from various Dragon Con vendors. Every participating #lifesouth post will have a chance to win passes to Dragon Con 2023. Daily giveaways will be announced on LifeSouth’s social media accounts from September 1 through September 5, and the winner of the passes will be announced after September 7. Winners must be following at least one LifeSouth social media account to be considered.
