This year’s Dragon Con Page to Stage Contest featured some of the best superheroes we have ever seen competing for Best in Show. With 36 entries from all kinds of different comic books spanning so many genres—everything from Poison Ivy to Space Ghost–the judges had a tough time picking from all of the lovely costumes. All of the contestants were showing off their cosplay with pride, and the crowd greeted every new costume with cheers and applause. Here are the results:
- Best in Show: Michelle Peck as Dawnstar from Legion of Superheroes
- Runner Up: Aileen Tan-Rodriguez as Poison Ivy
- Second Runner Up: Patricia Miller and Adam Darling as Space Ghost and Jan
- Third Runner Up: Carlin Bright as Rogue
- Fourth Runner Up: Taylor Frost, Jamie O’Neil as Saga comic issue #1 Marko and Alana
- Judge’s Choice: Kevin McKinnon as Thor
- Dragon Award: Tini and Blake Howard as Madam Hydra and Captain America
- Honorable Mention: Hunter Bolton as Captain America
- Most deserving of also being mentioned: Jessica Gaston and Bethany Eldridge as Starfie and Raven
