Saturday at 10AM the annual Dragon Con parade kicked off. People lined the streets for hours beforehand to get good seats for the event everyone looks forward to each year. Attendees had a beautiful day to admire the amazing costumes that marched down the street for well over an hour.

The parade featured special guests including Grand Marshal Mark Sheppard, “The Incredible Hulk” Lou Ferrigno, author David Webber, and wrestler Jake “The Snake” Roberts.

Spectators enjoyed costumes of all sorts, from video games to movie quality replica costumes. All the usual suspects were there too: The Cult of the Marriott Carpet, the 501st Legion, the Spartans were there as well. Janny Wurts kicked off the parade with her wonderful music and Futurama’s Robot Santa brought up the rear.

If you’ve never managed to catch the parade, you’ve been missing out. Do yourself a favor and catch it next year.
