Kaleidoscope Idol 2011
9-to-13-year-old singers, dancers, and musicians show off their talent—solo or in groups—for our distinguished panel of judges: Davey Beauchamp, Janine K. Spendlove, and Mary Moline. We only have 20 slots, so register now. Parental permission required for participation. Check out the Kaleidoscope Track website for entry requirements and more information. Costumer’s Meet & Greet
Bring your camera for a little one-on-one time with some great costumers Sun 5PM, A601-A602 (Marriott). Costumed characters scheduled to appear:
- Princess Snow White with Dopey
- Captain America
- Velma, Daphne, and Scooby
- Harry Potter Group
- Shego from Kim Possible
- Star Wars Clone Wars Groupings
- Princess Jasmine and Aladdin
The Digital Photo Scavenger Hunt
Use your digital camera or cell phone camera and find all 15 items assembled by Staffer Hollie. Contestants will be divided into three age groups: 8 and younger, 9-13, and 14+. The first participant in each group to return and have their photos verified by one of the KT staff wins! Pick up the scavenger hunt item list and rules in our track room anytime it’s open. L405-L406 (Marriott).
The KT Art Project
A portion of the wall space in the Kaleidoscope Track room, L405-L406 (Marriott), will be covered in paper, and Staffer Trish will start our design and leave out a basket art supplies. Add your own original design to the graffiti wall. Available anytime our track room is open—although during panels, we may ask you to participate quietly!
