Yellow Ribbon Party
We began as a well-meaning group of Dragon*Con attendees celebrating our military men and women coming home to us. We discovered that we didn't want to just celebrate our friends and family; we wanted to celebrate those still serving this country, those who can't come home yet to their loved ones, and those who gave all so that we geeks and fans could gather in freedom. Thus was born the Dragon*Con Yellow Ribbon party! Free, no Dragon*Con badge necessary, we'll be collecting for the USO of Georgia. Thu 8PM, 601-602 (Marriott)

CON-Voluted 2nd Annual A.B.C. Party
What is an A.B.C Party? Anything But Clothes. Come dressed in a garbage bag, duct tape, police tape, bumper stickers, playing cards, bandages, a towel, a shower curtain, you name it. It doesn't matter so long as it is not clothing. What can you cover (or not cover) your naughty bits with and still make it to the party? Creativity and last minute planning is highly encouraged. CON-Voluted will be providing a DJ and Free Drinks. 21+ only please. Bring ID. We will have security checking IDs at the door. No ID, no admission. More details at the Facebook page. 25th Anniversary Masked Ball
Celebrating Dragon*Con's 25th year! Featuring The Ghosts Project with some extra special guest musicians. Come dressed to the nines. Masks are required to attend. Masks will be available for purchase at our Charity Events table just outside the room, with all proceeds going to this year's charity, The National Inclusion Project. Zombie Prom 2011
Dance, party, stumble, and moan into the night. Be there and be dead (or not)! With MC Kristen Nickels and DJ Jamie Toon along with the rest of the infamous Zombie Squad and other special guests. A photoshoot in two parts for all Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire costumers! Costumes based on the HBO show or the books are all welcome, as are fellow fans without costumes. We'll be meeting before and after the 5:30PM AMSF Track "Game of Thrones: Winter is Coming" panel. This promises to be a large group of costumers, so come join us! Carnival Night
This year, the Stargate Multiverse Track has partnered with the Star Trek Track to bring you a bigger, better games night and dance party combination, all to benefit this year's charity, the National Inclusion Project. Stop by carnival stations with midway games, card games, and board games. Get your portrait sketched in a live one-on-one session by nationally renowned graphic artist Pierre Bernard, Jr. ($30 per person). Ravelry Meet Up/Stitch & Bitch
