Pay It Forward With Blood

One of the most important events happening at Dragon Con is the Blood Drive. This year, The Heinlein Society, in conjunction with Life South, is sponsoring this wonderful opportunity for Dragon Con attendees to pay it forward.

The goal this year was to gather 1,500 pints each day Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Sunday and Monday’s goal is 500 pints each day.

There’s still time to donate! The process is simple. Check in with the friendly and efficient staff at the desk with a picture ID (which is required). Then you are on your way to giving the gift of life. Drinks and snacks are provided as you congregate with other Con goers once you are done.

Attendees can go to the Atrium Level rooms A701-A702 (M) on Sunday from 10AM – 7PM and on Monday from 9AM – 3PM. Each donor receives a special Dragon Con blood drive t-shirt and a chance to win other cool stuff.
