Come Drive With Me…to the Blood Drive, That Is

One of the most important events happening at Dragon Con is the Blood Drive. Donate blood at the Dragon Con Blood Drive. LifeSouth is the sponsor again this year.

In 2013, there were 2,972 donors and 7,544 units of blood were collected. Let’s see if our fantastic Con goers can beat this.

There will be two locations to participate:

  • Room A701-A702 of the Marriott
  • Atlanta Ballroom of the Sheraton (next to the conference registration) on Thursday and Friday only

Blood Drive hours:

  • Thursday 11AM to 8PM
  • Friday-Sunday 10AM to 7PM
  • Monday 9AM to 3PM

The process is simple. Check in with the friendly and efficient staff at the desk with a picture ID (which is required). Then you are on your way to giving the gift of life. Drinks and snacks are provided as you congregate with other con-goers once you are done. Each donor receives a special Dragon Con blood drive t-shirt and a chance to win other cool stuff.

Come join in and donate for a worthy cause!
